Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (Build 26100.4351)
Under Windows 10 you could right click the taskbar, choose Taskbar settings, and toggle on the "Use small taskbar buttons" button to make icons smaller. Can not find such a feature under Windows 11. Am I missing something?

BTW both my Windows 10 and 11 machines blocked the file. Had to choose keep, and Keep again in order to get it....

It's most likely just being over cautious since it's an executable type file without a signature. :(
