I was making some changes to unlink OneDrive and changing the location of system folders (Desktop, Document, Download) from C:\Users\<username> to D:\ drive, and then I find the PIN from the sign-in options not working. I get it working and I find I am not allowed to create a 4-digit PIN but instead having to meet some PIN complexity requirements I did not set. The account is to a `hotmail.com` personal account and not some organizational account, although I have an organizational account which had never imposed sign-in PIN complexity on that personal hotmail account. All changes to OneDrive connections and system folders must have done something I am trying to trace.
