We fixed an issue where a digital signature would not carry over when saving an ACCDB as an ACCDE even if the user has access to the signing certificate.

Excel

We fixed an issue with scrolling the sheet tabs, where a scroll gesture would cause the worksheet to scroll rather than the tabs.
