Not sure why the excitement. MS is only disabling it for domain users, which doesn't apply to 95% of Ten/ElevenForum's audience.

Owning a Pro/EDU/Enterprise SKU won't matter unless you're domain joined. They're not going to block it for retail users, where this feature is targeted. MS is blocking AAD/AD because those folks already use OneDrive, or have their own cloud storage or backup solutions and are upset that Windows is confusing their desktop users.

They are not disabling it or removing it at that, they are just taking it off the apps lists so an enterprise users cannot click on it. That is how I read it at least.
