how to unlock surface pro user account without loss of data
create a USB using the iso with rufus to USB
configuration
partition scheme =GPT
target system = UEFI (non CSM)
file system = Large FAT# (default)
Cluster size 32 kilobytes(default)
click START BUTTON

if you dont have a keyboard its ok cause the system is loaded into the ram
so you can hot swap a keyboard and swap that for a mouse
do not mess with the security options this will fail to boot if you do
1-turn off the surface
2-hole the volume up and click the power button once keep holding the volume up
3--tap boot configuration highlight usb storage and unhighlight all other options
move usb option to first highlight by dragging it to the top use your finger this is glitchy
also turn off IPv6 network boot option
this is also where you stick your usb you created into the surface
Push EXIT that automatically saves changes
wait-wile the system loads
one the system loads with a terminal states system 32 your ready to go
unplug the usb plug in a keyboard

type the following
cd /
cd program files
cd windows login unlocker
then just type wlu.exe

just pull out the keyboard and plug in your mouse
click on the account you want unlock and chose reset password or even create a new one.
