Mouse doesn't click after movement

Hello. I recently bought a new laptop, windows 11 was from the factory, I had never used windows 11 before. The mouse almost never clicks on objects after movement, that is, you first need to hover the cursor, hold it for a moment and then click. It interferes with the work very much. I tried all the mouse settings, also tried the touchpad and other mice, everything is the same. It's not clear with the keyboard yet, but it also seems to happen when, for example, you type a message and if you almost wait and press enter immediately after entering the message, it doesn't always work. Are there any possible fixes?
