Solved Mouse is still scrolling to bottom of page(s)Windows 11 Dell Inspiron 15

I cant seem to find why my page scrolls to the bottom of the page, article, or anything else my cursor touches. even my touch screen wont keep from scrolling to the bottom.
Recently ,30 days or so I had Windows 11 upgrade, but my husband (his computer) says it started before the upgrade. It is also making it where clicking on a drop down menu, the drop down only "flashes" a nth of a second and then its gone. Does anyone have any idea as to what's going on?

please try
control panel > mouse
then top bar wheel

and check to see its set to lines at a time
not one screen at a time.

I have checked & it isn't on "one screen at a time. I've played with the settings but to no avail.

You might want to open it up and check to see if the battery is not swollen.

i bought a new mouse...problem solved
