Solved Mouse restarting my Laptop?

After I hit standby and my laptop is off, if I hit any button (apart from the start button), including the keypad, my laptop remains off - as I would expect.

But, when the laptop is in standby, if I move my mouse (or touch the mouse buttons), my laptop starts up. This seems to also happen if the laptop is in standby and the screen closed.

How can I change that the laptop only starts until I press the start button please?

Many thanks!
