My new Windows 11 laptop has what appear to be identical 365 apps installed - see screenshot.
Both are 3.25 GB and have the same install date (before I bought the device).
I am a 365 subscriber and I am happy with that, everything works fine.
I don't understand the OneNote app, maybe it's a pre-installed trial version?
I haven't tried it, do not need, it's wasting storage, so is it safe to uninstall it?
