MS Paint 3D discontinued

I understand MS Paint 3D has been discontinued and there's no way to download it anymore.

I have it on another PC. Is there any way to migrate the app to another PC?

I used Paint 3D mostly for a special feature that allows you to tilt a text box off-axis from horizontal by individual degrees.

Is there any other free Paint-like app that has this feature?

Paint Shop Pro can do that. Assuming I understand what you're asking.
It would help if you posted a screenshot, showing us what you mean.

Then, I could try to do the same with PSP 7.04.

You can still download Paint 3D. But since it's not MS store... scan it at Virustotal.com, before installing it.

It installs in the right place, and seems to work fine.

But for just rotating text... you can also do that in Paint Shop Pro.

Thanks. Yes, that's exactly what I mean. In Paint 3D you could select the horizontal axis from 1 to 180 degrees (it was a bit tricky if you just wanted 1 or 2 degrees off axis as you had to nudge your mouse extremely subtly).

I was hoping to find a free program, but I will check out Paint Shop Pro. Since MS paint 3D is no longer being developed, maybe it's just better to switch to something else anyway. Does PSP compare favorably to Adobe Photoshop Elements?

But I can do perspective...

I just searched MS Store for Paint 3D and Microsoft Paint 3D... no hits at all.
You must have a special MS Store.

I get this from your top link... but "Get" is greyed out.

And pasting that link in your AdGuard link... just gives me MS Paint.
I must be doing something wrong. I can't get it to work.

I wonder though, I know I had Paint 3D but what I have now is Paint and not Paint 3D so I think it will get replaced by store with the non-3D version.

Yeah, the problem is that the regular paint doesn't do 3D.

In Paint 3D, I drew this tube, rotated it, and put fur on it... with 3-4 clicks.
