MS Visual Studio 2022, auto back ground download of Win11SDK_10.0.22621 even though it does nothing with it.

I am using, Visual Studio 2022 - Community Edition (v17.8.3) installed and full up to date,
auto back ground download of Win11SDK_10.0.22621 into the temp folder over and over again…
even though I use CCleaner to clean my system, it randomly gets re-downloaded…
so I am concerned that it is eating up write cycles on my NVMe boot device..
tempfolder\2vlkjcrj\Win11SDK_10.0.22621.6CAF8467F6A9FF101477
tons of .cab files and .msi installers...
It should already be installed when I last ran an update via MS Visual Studio Installer in December I think... nope I reported this on
the MS developer forums on Nov 25, 2023 11:48 PM

Any insight from a guru here would be helpful...
maybe some one else has seen this happen to them..

I changed the path variables for the temp folder long time ago and do so with each new build..
to C:\Temp-Sys\
so its easier to get at and keep an eye on what ends up there...
and CCleaner to keep my system clean..
so this folder is the Win 11 SDK, which should have been installed when I did the last update or so..
C:\Temp-Sys\2vlkjcrj\Win11SDK_10.0.22621.6CAF8467F6A9FF101477
hmm.. its annoying me since its eating up my NVMe write cycles..
edit:
I use
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio_2022_Community\
for my install path for VS community ed.
less depth so its easier to find for me..
I can't find the sdk src files not sure where they are suppose to be located in..??
