About a year ago I upgraded from office/outlook 2010 to 365 and now have several contact lists when before only had 1. Figured now time to investigate. Almost all are duplicates of what's in each list, how can I combine them and delete what's not needed. Same goes for my "notes".
I did after going to 365 switch from POP3 to IMAP.
