Multiple monitors different size icons

I have 4 monitors,
left is 1920x 1080 27inch
Middle 2560 x 1440 32 inch
Right 1920x 1080 24inch
Bottom 1920 x1080 8 inch

My middle main monitor the icons and resolution is fine, scale 100%
But the left one the icons are larger, and the scale is set at 100%
Right one isnt too bad since the icons are close to the middle monitor.

I tried different things to get the left one to be smaller icons, but it doesnt seem to be working and you cannot get lower then 100% scale.
Graphic card is an AMD.
Anyone have any idea on how to get the left one to match the rest of them. Lower small one I have just for information and dont use it for icons.

You can download and install Winaero Tweaker. It won't let you use a scale less than 100%, but you can change the default size (in pixels) of the icons. Another workaround is use the larger resolution with 125% or 150% scale and use the lower resolutions at 100% to make the icons similar in size.
