So i was going though leftover folders from uninstalls and happen to click on the Users folder and noticed there are other folders other then my main profile that say defaultuser100000 is that normal? never made any other profiles, not sure if i can delete them or if that will mess something up.

You should be able to delete 'none-listed' users OK.

HOWEVER, if you are making ANY changes to your system, you should ALWAYS take an image of your system first.

When you (or someone) clicks on "I forgot my password" or "I forgot my PIN" from the Lock Screen, Windows creates a temporary user profile "defaultuser10000" to start the password recovery process.

If someone gets impatient and keeps clicking the options, you'll get multiple profiles created with variations on the same name. You can safely remove all of them.
