I have a dual boot system, Win 10/Win 11 Insider. This morning I finished what I needed to do on line with Win 10 and rebooted to Win 11. When Win 11 came up, Internet was lost. I was on line with Win 10 so I thought something didn't initialize correctly with Win 11. I restarted Win 11 and same thing no internet connection. The front panel indicators on the Spectrum provided Motorola modem looked normal which brought me back to Win 11. I rebooted to Win 10 and it too had no internet. Murphy's Law struck from the time it took to restart from Win 10 to Win 11.
After about 10 minutes the Spectrum internet came back up.
BTW, Murphy's Law says 1 plus 1 hardly ever equals 2. LOL
