This isn't HP support dude, this place is run by volunteers not paid servants, you'l have to be patient.

Install the most recent version unless the instructions tell you otherwise. BIOS files are usually cumulative.

As already stated The updates are released in a specific order and under normal conditions this is the best way to install them. Of course there are occasions where a "bad" update may be released and followed up by a subsequent update to correct the issues introduced by the first update.

If you are reinstalling, or for some other reason need to install multiple updates, if possible you should check the status of the updates so that you do not risk installing the potentially bad update and have to then install the correcting update

Generally, you only have to install the latest one.
But, in some cases, especially since Windows 11, there have occasionally been prerequisites.
You'll just have to read through the descriptions for each BIOS update.

Every now and then, when looking up BIOS updates for other folk... I'll see one that says something like...
"Must install this version, before any later versions".

But that's very rare. I'd guess that 97% of the time, you just need to install the latest non-beta version.

Companies like HP, DELL, Lenovo, etc... should have a utility that will check for driver and BIOS updates, for you.
That tool will tell you which drivers and BIOS versions you need to download.
This is a common thing with proprietary (non-custom made), hardware.

BIOS updates are usually cumulative. Rarely, they are not.

I have owned motherboards where there was a break in the BIOS update chain. The later BIOS updates could only be done over a specific BIOS version or later.

I hope that all makers would not allow an incompatible update to proceed.

As there is no mention of anything like that in the OP's link, I assume that the latest update can be installed without doing any of the prior ones first.

I don't know about HP but Dell recommends the following:

From Dell

"NOTE:
Gradually update the BIOS version, if the BIOS version that is installed on your computer is out of date by more than two versions. It avoids compatibility issues."

I haven't seen that before.

But I haven't purchased a Dell PC since 1995.
