My Custom Toolbar icons on the Taskbar are not showing

Hi

My Custom Toolbar icons on the Taskbar are not showing.
This sometimes happens after a Windows Update or a restart.
My workaround is to close my two custom toolbars and then recreate then
by selecting New Toolbar and then selecting the appropriate folder(s).

It would be nice if there was a faster way to fix the missing icons than having to
recreate them.

Additional info:
In the diagram, the gray rectangle is the taskbar.
Please note: I use the 3rd party utility "StartAllBack" to make the Windows 11
taskbar look and behave like the traditional Windows 10 taskbar.
