Solved Mysterious Disk Partitions

Folks, I did some Copilot searches and post #16 makes sense to me.

For example, Copilot says 'Partitions are created for Disk Image Backup or for Contents of a Boot/System Image.' Which is surprising to me but apparently not uncommon.

As another example, Copilot says 'To support system acceleration with Intel Optane memory, the drive to be accelerated must contain at least 5 MB of continuous unallocated space at the end of the drive. This unallocated space is necessary for storing configuration information that allows the drive to be successfully paired with the memory module.' That's consistent with my 12 MB on the far right.

I will thus do nothing. My curiosity is satisfied, I will mark this thread solved :-) Thanks to all who responded and special thanks to @jumanji (y)

If you are unable to do a full system backup, create a recovery flash drive (32GB atleast). It will take the factory image ( from the Image partition).. In case you mess up the system and your system becomes unbootable, you can restore it to the factory condition., booting from the Recovery flash drive.

If you delete DELLSUPPORT partition, you will not be able to run Dell SupportAssist. I use it regularly to check the system and update the drivers/BIOS

And whatever you do , make sure to leave 12MB unallocated space at the end of the disk, You haven't confirmed whether your system has Intel Optane Memory. If it is there, that 12MB Unallocated space at the end of the disk is a must, Without that the Optane memory will not work.

Please fill in your system specifications.
