need app to find replace text in folder names recursively including sub folders

tried various apps confusing or didn't do what i need, total commander meant to but couldn't work out how to do subfolders.,

is there a simple free app to do this please

Looks promising, used to use sherrid file renamed deluxe, but lost the key when upgrading my pc, basic doesn't allow subfolders. Emailed sherrid but guess they've gone the way if the dodo, pity because it's easy to use and not cluttered

Hope can get a deluxe key from sherrod eventually 🤞

tried bulk renamer as you suggested guess did what i wanted thanks
