Need help disabling all security to download a file Please

I have firewall disabled but i download a trainer for my game and it is gone

i still get the message keep or ignore but the file is gone

Are you sure you want to download infected file on your computer anyhow, it's your choice to make sure to disable Microsoft Defender real-time protection from Windows Security center.

There are usually 3 ways Windows blocks a file:

1. Browser, you can choose to keep the file, but if smartscreen or PUA detect it, it can be blocked.
2. Windows Smartscreen, it has be disabled separately from the browser.
3. Antivirus, Defender most likely in this case.

Windows Defender blocks everything. Just go into defenders Quarantine and restore it and allow it. follow here..

Cant say that because ive tried to download common Software that everyone uses and is 100 percent legit and legal and it was still quarantined by Windows Defender.

simply add a folder to the exclusion and download it into that folder.

example: folder name "Trainers", and download inside it.
