Whatever frequency you pick... get that frequency RAM with the lowest CAS Latency.
If you decide on 5600Mhz... get the 5600Mhz RAM with the lowest CAS Latency.

Find compatible memory kits for your motherboard. Just select the motherboard from the dropdown list and click on Search for a list of compatible G.SKILL memory kits.
I would recommend GSkill RAM at 5600Mhz.
