September 2024 updates​

September 12 release

The following update is available for Surface Laptop 4 with AMD Processor devices running Windows 10 October 2022 Update, Version 22H2, or greater.

Improvements and fixes:
  • Improves device security by updating certificate processes for better protection and easier authentication.
  • Enhances security for devices with PXE boot enabled in IPv6 networks by protecting them against external access within compromised network segments.
This release contains the following components. The specific components installed are based on your device’s configuration:
