Received my new HP PC yesterday and I can NOT say it was a pleasant experience. The setup was miserable. I did NOT know what all the setup was asking. After contacting HP Tech Support, they had me reset it to factory. WOW took 5 hours.
During the setup it came up and said "We are giving you Windows 11". At this time I really did NOT want to get Windows 11, but I saw no way to stop it.
After I finally got to desktop that I sort of recognized, I could not see my HDD in "This PC". I was supposed to have and SSD with Windows installed and an HDD for data. I understand this happens sometimes when going from Win 10 to Win 11. I will have to call Tech Support again and see how to fix this.
Anyway I look at it, it was a rough day.
