Newly upgraded windows 11 restarts after shutting down

Evening everybody, would appreciate your assistance in a problem I'm experiencing ATM.
Upgrade to Windows 11 in November last year since when, I believe, my PC now restarts after the Shutdown command, initially the problem was infrequent but then the gradually got worse about until 2 weeks ago when it refused to shut down completely. It seems to go through the shutdown sequence, and shuts down but only for a split second and then now restarts. I have looked and tried many suggestions and solutions but nothing works. I now have to close down with the main power button which of course is not ideal.

I always turn off fast start up, one of the first things I do on a new machine or re-install

Try this. On desktop, right click-select New-select Shortcut. Copy & paste this in location C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe /s /t 0 click Next,
name shortcut SHUTDOWN.
click on shortcut, system should shutdown. Let us know if it restarts afterwards.

Another place to look in is BIOS for setting that sounds like:
In case of power loss.
Restart
Fast start
Normal start
Do nothing

Please post any error messages or codes for V2 (before or after a reinstallation).

There is a second log collector: DM
If there are any problems with V2 please run DM.

Sorry, I am clicking 'Attach Files', go to file location and click file, then getting an error message 'The uploaded file is too large? not sure what I should be doing to overcome the problem?

There were approximately 19 unexpected shutdowns and restarts in the past 30 days.

There were no BSOD.

There motherboard manufacturer did not display any supported drivers yet for Windows 11.

There were two missed BIOS upgrades.

Please perform the following steps:

1) Uninstall AVG using the uninstall tool: (make sure old file are removed)

6) Open device manager > click view > click show hidden devices > manually expand all rows > look for any row displaying a yellow triangle with black exclamation mark or unknown device > post images or share links into this thread

7) Post a new V2

8) Run:
