Hello, after I did a system reboot my audio just stopped working completely. I tried a lot of solutions none of them worked:
1. I tried using other ports even an external one, I even made sure that my headphones aren't faulty by plugging them into a different device. Worked flawlessly.
2. I uninstalled and reinstalled Realtek, that didn't work nor did any other audio outputs.
3. I did a system restore, that didn't work either.

I am clueless on what to do next.

UPDATE: I tried restarting windows audio services, that didn't work either.

Do you have the Volume Icon in the Taskbar next to the Clock? (Speaker Icon)?
Does it have an / thru it meaning it is muted?
Right click that icon and choose Troubleshoot Sound Problems.

You can also Left click the icon then the > arrow at the end of the Volume slider and it will show you all the audio devices on your computer, where you can select your Speakers or Headphones, whichever you are using.

It's not muted, I tried the Troubleshoot. It says that the problem persist and that the audio service doesn't respond.

I have uninstalled the Realtek driver, and then got the newest one from their website and installed it and rebooted. And I have audio again, pleasently suprised.
