Solved No banner; no sound; no response to C+A+M. MR has gone silent.

When I launch a backup, I get no Backup Started banner, no Success banner, no sounds, and no response to Ctrl+Alt+M, yet when I check Task Manager, I see MR Disk Imaging and Backup running, and at the end of the allotted normal time, I see a new image in my images folder.

Anybody know why my MR 8 Home is not talking to me?

Lots of posts about this on another thread, check MR for updates, v8.0.7175 should fix the problems
