Since the most recent update of Windows 11 my screen doesn't show QR-codes anymore. It did before the update, now it doesn't anymore. Which is a drag because I have trouble paying online without this capability. How can I get W11 to show QR-codes again?

I ordered something in a web shop and was directed to a pay screen where a QR-code should have been visible to scan in my bank app. This worked fine until a recent Windows update. I checked Windows Update. It says I have the moest recent ones.

Which Web browser are you using?

I've never used QR codes on a PC. I assume that they're presented within a browser window, but I don't know.

- Disable any ad blockers in Firefox. Re-open Firefox, do they show?
- Temporarily disable your Firewall/Antivirus, re-open Firefox, do they show?

That doesn’t mean they haven’t been added as a spam image. It happens.

- Clear your cookies & cache etc.
- Check you’re on the latest version of FF

These are suggestions because it’s pretty hard to know what the cause is. Eliminate the obvious possibilities.
