Thanks for your reply, appreciate it. I'm happy with my stock W11, and laptops hardware/ ram usage. None issues.

That's one reason in my indexing post where I came to know about it, I mentioned if it was so good why aren't members here using...but still got trapped.

The app wasn't receiving updates, I emailed support. Reply servers down are working to fix. Received a reply to cancel app license and make a refund 36 hrs. after purchase to which they responded not possible.

To sum up, being a M.D with no knowledge about such apps etc. am assuming the company is going down and sending it's sales reps. to forums to trap newbies like me....telling how awesome this app is to debloat W11 and make it far snappy.

Just an assumption! :unsure:

I emailed the developer telling it was my biggest mistake to purchase the app, being a med doc am clueless how to use it. Even if I happen to create an iso would be unstable, reinstalling and headaches. :(
To which he responded, to send a preset and xml file would create a custom error free stable iso. :confused:
How do I create those? :unsure:
And is it worth going through this hassle, again with covid around. o_O
