is there any drivers for the nvidia gtx 960 that would work on windows 11? I know its got drivers up to 8.1 at least but is there any drivers that would work on it for 10-11? if anyone could help with this it would be much appreciated

For other posters with older graphics cards, remember all Vista 64-bit or higher graphics drivers should also work in Windows 10/11. The higher the better of course. A known exception are Intel graphics drivers for Windows 7 that are hardcoded to work only in Windows 7. Any attempt to use them on 8/10/11 (either running the installer or trying manually from Device Manager) fails. This is to force us upgrade our old systems. Fortunately there are third-party patched Windows 7 64-bit drivers for some models (such as my laptop's Intel Mobile 4 family, aka GMA 4500) that can be installed in Windows 8/10/11 and provide better performance than the stock Microsoft WDDM 1.0 driver for these models, plus access to the Intel Graphics Properties to tweak some settings.

    Legacy MBR installation, no TPM, no Secure Boot, no WDDM 2.0 graphics drivers, cannot get more unsupported ;) This is only my test laptop. I had installed Windows 11 here before upgrading my main PC. For my main PC I use everyday see my 2nd system specs.
