Caused this issue by purchasing a digital copy on line in 2020 ( OFFICE). Then I made it worse two weeks ago by acquiring a newer pc and installed my SSD drives from the old pc. All went well until I opened outlook (then word etc.) Was told that I had to reactivate Office. Win 11 and all my other software including MSFS worked just fine. After over 2 hrs with Microsoft in India and the Philippines I was told that MS won't help me in any way as I did not buy through the MS Store. I sent them a copy of the email I got after the purchase which gave me the Product key. Nada!!
Also tried running OSPPEARM.EXE (three times) which only reset the number of days I could use office before it died.
So, my question is does anyone have some other things to try. I have used regedit before but I don't feel comfortable in there ever though I back up the files.
I feel that I made a legitimate purchase and I will find it hard to re-purchase after spending the money on the replacement pc.
