Thanks, It must be the iso of the Office 2021 Pro version that is the problem then. I still do not understand the error message it throws us though.

I see something in the error pertaining to win32client...,
do you, perhaps have the 32bit version installed on a 64bit system?

No I have Office 2021 Pro x64 on Windows 11 x64.

Logically thinking it is the GB version of Office 2021 Pro (downloadable or iso) that is bust then.

They really need to issue a fix.

This bug has just been fixed in the latest update to Version 2110 (Build 16.0.14527.20312)

Seems someone was watching / listening......
