On startup, Thread Exception Not Handled

It happens when I shut down all the way and then boot back up. It doesn't happen on restart. Thread Exception Not Handled. I think I followed the BSOD reporting correctly, and I have the zip folder here. Any ideas of what's wrong? Thanks.

Have you tried rebooting without your USB in?
Right click on USB drive and Eject (to be safe) and Reboot.
You are getting paging errors from Disk8, Passport.
Probably out of space during a paging event.

I think that is my Western Digital Passport external HDD. I will look into that. Thank you!
