At my radio station I have limited room, and 2 computers. A Mac Studio, and the newly setup Kamuri AM08PRO. Both have built in Bluetooth. I was looking for an all metal low profile wireless mechanical keyboard similar to my wired Q12 Keychron. I was turned on the another all metal mechanical that is a low profile wireless. The NuPhy Air96. It can switch between 4 wireless devices. The switches are hot swappable and there are numerous choices so you can get just the right feel. It comes with the keycaps for both Apple and Windows. It is VIA/QMK mappable. With this keyboard I can have just one that does everything. I ordered mine with a beechwood palm rest.

Sadly I had to cancel the order is was backordered and they were unsure of when it would ship. So I purchased a Keychron Q1 Pro, I already have 2 Keychron Keyboards a Q12 Pro, and a K10 Pro. The "Q" series are completely CNC machined Aluminium and as the heft of a commercial cooking pot. The Q1 Pro is also a 75% sized Keyboard. The Q1 can connect to 3 devices wirelessly. It can switch from Mac to Windows quickly which makes it great from someone like me who inhabits both worlds. All of the Keychron's use QMK/VIA for keyboard mapping. With a keyboard with hot swappable switches you have to guard against switch addiction. There are over 100 choices, and new ones coming out all of the time. My Q1 is coming with Keychron Banana switches installed. I have 4 sets of Gateron, and Cherry Switches here I have not used.

@transmaster, I know it can be very frustrating when you order something you want and then find out it's on back order. I think you did good with your second choice. :-)

When you get to the level of hot swappable key switches the actual framework they fit into become somewhat secondary.
