I can't seem to figure out where this is being pull from so I can delete it.

I try looking in
C:\Users\Name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

Any thoughts as I like to try to remove it.

It resides in a protected Apps folder, it's invoked via a manifest file..., huge and risky pain to mess around with..., better off just uninstalling the app!

@Kuroo
Just curious..., did you intentionally install the app..., were you prompted to try it...

... or, did it just appear out of nowhere?

I still have Mail on the list of Apps but also got Outlook (new) added to the O section, I don't have Microsoft Office installed on this Notebook.
