I've been using PatchMyPC for quite a while now - long before v5 came out.

The only thing that I wish it did that the earlier version did was being able to have a list of programs you regularly install so that you can install them all on a clean install of Windows. I've already recommended it on their request feature forums.

Did you consider reverting b back to V4.x?

If you have v4 how do you disable auto update? As it deletes the old exe file on startup.
