Hi
Sorry for translate.

Sometimes my graphics card doesn't work. It displays the image to the computer. RGB lighting is on.
But GPU usage appears to be 0.
In device manager it says PCI device drivers are faulty. I turn on the graphics card and it looks normal. I added the pictures.
When this problem occurs, the nvlddmkm event ID 14 error appears in the event viewer.
I would be happy if you help.

Assuming you already know what card you have, you can simply go directly to the vendors site and download the latest drivers.

As for why you're getting that "nvlddmkm event ID 14 error" unfortunately, there isn't any one fix that can solve that as many and anything can cause it. I would say, if the card is constantly getting it, you might look to RMA it if still under warranty.

I actually updated but the problem persisted. nvlddmkm event ID 14 error is not a big deal if it does not actually affect the functioning of the computer. The fact that the GPU is at 0 percent usage is a big problem. If the problem is with the graphics card or hardware, I will send it to service. I need to make sure of this. I don't want to send it in vain.

Thank you very much. The exclamation point in the device manager is related to the AMD chipset. I got it done. But I don't know if the problem of zero GPU usage has been resolved.
So my main problem is that the usage of the nvidia graphics card is zero every now and then. It gets fixed after restarting the computer.
I turned off the internal graphics card via Bios. When the usage of the nvidia graphics card is zero, the graphics card does not stop working completely. because it continues to display images to the monitor. But on desktop or in games, GPU usage is zero.

When this happens, I see the event ID 14 error in the event viewer. I guess it's related situations. But I have no idea what the solution is or why the GPU usage is zero. I have no problems with performance. I never got a blue screen error either.

Error message for the graphic card: This device not working correctly.
Yes, that is correct, but I don't think it's the GPU driver as explained below, and also why I asked about a camera (point is what device is it that's got that yellow triangle).

Per device manager... there is no error for the GPU. The error is for something unknown. Please review the posted images. I don't know everything, but I know to read the Device Manager. If there was an issue with the GPU, it too would have a yellow triangle It doesn't.

My Device Manager for example...
Device Manager.jpg

I suspect there are actually two issues going on - one concerning the "nvlddmkm" shown in event viewer (which can be had even with a functioning card) AND the missing driver for whatever item it belongs to.

I'm therefore under the impression the OP is combining the GPU error code with the missing drivers for the unknown device. Again, I base this on the actually posted images the OP provided.

OK, so the missing driver was for the AMD Chipset, and NOT, the GPU?

For clarity, are we talking a laptop or desktop PC? I looked at your specs, but now I'm not sure if the PC is laptop or desktop? I need that clarified before attempting to address the above.

The easiest way to update the Nvidia GPU driver is to use Geforce Experience. It should already be installed on your computer. I just ran it and updated the driver to 537.42. That is the same driver you should have.

OK, so the missing driver was for the AMD Chipset, and NOT, the GPU?

For clarity, are we talking a laptop or desktop PC? I looked at your specs, but now I'm not sure if the PC is laptop or desktop? I need that clarified before attempting to address the above.
Yes. The exclamation point on the PCI device is gone with the AMD chipset installation. There does not appear to be any problem with the GPU drivers.

It's not a laptop. Desktop computer
