Please Help me.... windows 11 poping spectrum analyzer

I saw this before. Either here or on TenForums.
It's some display for a game I believe. Or maybe for sound sources in a game?
Or something to do with directional... something or other. Might even have been a Windows thing.
Maybe something to do with headphones? Direction sound?
I don't really remember.
The pic in the post I'm remembering, was something like this...
Top left was the game radar (showing where all the enemies were).
Bottom right was the mysterious unknown circle, that sort of "looked" like the game radar, but wasn't.
The bottom right circle looked just like the circle in this thread's first post.

The screenshot had some game with a scene in a desert-ish world (lot of light tan, sand colors), with ruins around the top edges.
The player's soldier character or whatever, was in the left-ish foreground towards the bottom of the screen.
I seem to remember that the topic was about 2-3 months ago?
The topic title was something kind of helpful. Like...
What is this strange image? Or something like that.
The poster thought the circular radar thing was showing through from behind the game screen or something.
The only other thing I remember is that there were about 8-9 responses, till it was figured out.
The only reason I even remember this, is because I was thinking how much improved the direction cones in the radar were, compared to the dots in the enemy radar of Crysis.
