Poor Images quality on Windows 11

I am using Dell laptop with Windows 11 Home,the Images and videos quality are very Poor and distorted images shown when the system is on battery and when the system is on charging Images and videos quality are good. Snapshots for the images when the system is on battery and when the system is on charging are attached herewith for reference.

Try going to Control Panel>power options>change when the computer sleeps>change advanced power option and work your way down the list and change the battery and video options to give better performance and check all settings are correct. check battery saver settings
