Solved Problem after updating ?

Hey gang, after the update for Version 21H2 (OS Build 22000.318) i have had trouble playing poker, the screen locks up & sometimes there are black slices missing from the full screen picture ! Tonight it just went totally black with what looked like a light behind it ! Not sure where to look for the problem. Should i remove the new update ?? Any thoughts on this problem ???

Sound like graphic card driver problem, have you install the latest version of the driver.

FreeBooter ..... drivers & graphic card is fine !! That was my first check !!

Use a program like CrystalDiskInfo to check your hard drive's S.M.A.R.T. data for signs of impending failure. A program like SpeedFan can tell you if your computer processor is overheating, or if the voltages are fluctuating, which might be a problematic power supply. Use MemTest for putting strain on your computer's RAM to see if it's working OK. If you still can't pinpoint the cause of your lockups, i recommend checking Windows' Reliability Monitor. Open the Start menu, search for "reliability," and click the View reliability history option that appears.

It could be bug in the game you are playing.

If it only happens in the Poker game then I agree with FreeBooter.

That was my thought after checking all other options of what could cause it !!

When I updated to Windows 11 a few days ago I was using the latest Nividia graphics driver. I have been having minor graphics glitches.

Here is an example of one of them. On the right is the after image of a program that I had closed a few minutes previously. On the left is the same program after I ran it again. I had to log out and log back in to remove the after image of the program.

There was an update on my graphics card so i am hoping that cured the problem for now anyways, appreciate all who took the time to make suggestions !!
