Solved Problem windows 11 flash continue impossible work

When windows has loaded the screen continues to flash and I can't do anything, or select a folder and I don't even see the taskbar, I can only go to the task manager
I think that a last software installed break explorer...
So i which way a can solve/repair windows 11

It looks (from your previous posts), like you upgraded from Win 10 to Win 11.
It might be time to just do a clean install of Windows 11. It would be faster that way.

    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 13 years?
I solved ...
From task manager i open command and after panel (control panel) i uninstall StartAllBack and immediatly flash explorer stopped and i can again use windows 11
