Random right click function error

Hi, i have problem on my laptop, sometimes its do random right click function anywhere on page or even windows search bar. I just notice the it even have M and D text box above Rename and Delete, what cause this problem? I try uninstall touchpad driver, not using mouse and uninstall the keyboard, it still do this random right click function even in safe mode.1000131770.webp

I have seen similar letters in Word or other applications when I press the ALT key on the keyboard, to indicate the available key combinations and their functions. Does the ALT key gets stuck?

Ah i just found the problem, the menu key on my laptop keyboard (with notes icon) is seems malfunction, and it make those right click thing. It might be hardware or driver problem, i ll check, thank you

Try playing with some of these options

Turning off access key underlining:• Go to Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard.​
• Toggle off “Underline access keys when available.”​

Disabling Voice Access overlays (if active):• Go to Settings > Accessibility > Speech.
• Turn off Voice Access A.

Switching off high contrast mode:• Settings > Accessibility > Contrast themes.

Uninstall any keyboard utility and see if the issue is fixed.

The shortcut letters are a normal consequence of Alt key being depressed. Whatever causes the actual phantom right click is probably also responsible for the phantom Alt key functionality.
