Random Small Icons?

I've been getting random small icons (as in smaller then the rest of my icons) on the start menu, explorer, etc... anyone else have this annoyance and know how to fix it? Thanks for the help.

It's just some icons smaller than others... about half the size. Not much else I can say about it. They just randomly appear that way.

Ctrl+Shift+S, click the icon on the left in the control panel that shows up, hold down your left mouse button to draw a box around the icons (large and small), let go of the left mouse button, open your image program (IrfanView/Paint/whatever). Ctrl+V to paste, then Save somewhere. Now come back here and open a reply panel and click the icon just left of the smiley face in the command bar, follow the guides, and POST a screenshot.

Actually the Windows snipping tool is Win+Shift+S, and you don't need to save it first, you can also paste directly into a post.

    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update.
