Solved Re-order the Terminal drop-down menu items?

I have these two drop-downs in the terminals on two PCs with the same version of Terminal:
I'd like to accomplish two things: Re-order the second menu items so that PowerShell is the third item (Ctrl+Shift+3, as on the first menu), and hide the "Azure Cloud Shell" item on both menus.
If you know how to accomplish one or both of these and you have some time on your hands, please tell me how.
(Otherwise, have a happy and safe season, whatever you celebrate.)

@OAT
That did it! No problems at all.
All I had to do was open the JSON file by choosing Settings in the drop-down, then clicking the gear icon in the bottom left of the Settings panel that opens, and choosing Notepad (or, I suppose, ANY text editor of your choice) to open it. In the JSON file, I found the Azure Cloud Shell with a line that said
"hidden": false,
and changed it to
"hidden": true,
and saved the file , and Shazam! the index number for PowerShell changed from 4 to 3 on the second machine, and Azure was hidden on both, so they both look like this:
Thank you very much, OAT. I had found that page in my googling before, but didn't think it had anything to offer. When you sent me back to it and I found the way to open the JSON file, I was home free.
Very best regards,
Dan

PS: Once I had the handle on this, I decided to rearrange the items in the menu list. This is the result (on both machines):
Thanks again for your help.

Cool!
There is an option to omit an entry from the GUI, but not to re-arrange them. (or I did not see any)
That is when JSON editing comes in.
Glad it worked for you!
