If you use Outlook 365 or Outlook 2021 to handle your email you can set rules for what to do with that email address such as block or tag it junk. Alls future emails would go to your junk folder. If you use Outlook (new) to handle your email you can do the same.
If your address is a gmail address, and you access it through the web interface, google offers tagging a sender as junk as well.
It's a known fact that once you get on a mailing list, even if you hit unsubscribe, most times you accomplish nothing. The reason being, a lot of companies make money off of selling their email lists to other companies and don't honor the "unsubscribe". The more names & email addresses that are on it, the more money they make. Once you let your email address get out there.. it's out there and you can't stop it.
There is a government agency where one can report phishing emails but if the mails are advertisement, that's not phishing. That's spam. A phishing email is one that tries to garner your personal information.
Getting spam is a fact of life if you ever use an email address to purchase on the web or make a login at some of the smaller companies. When I say smaller I mean smaller than Amazon. AFIK, Amazon does not sell their mailing lists. This is where it pays you to read their terms of service.

If you can't block their emails, I would start there.
