Reserved Administrator Account Password Problem

Windows 11 x64 Home
Even though this is a Windows Home Edition OS, the reserved Administrator account has been unlocked. Every time I access the account, the Hello screen notifies me that the password for that account has expired. I want to make that damned message go away, so I tried everything I could find to accomplish that. Nothing works. I tried to access Local Users and Groups in the Computer Management console, but that item doesn't exist because this is not a Pro or Enterprise OS. Then I tried running the command prompt as an administrator to enter wmic, I thought, "Okay! Now we're getting somewhere!" But, my elation was short-lived.

wmic, and it wants me to identify client (user account name)
UserAccount (shows all user account names)
Owner (to then enter PasswordExpires=False), one of the identified accounts

...it says, (I paraphrase) "Wutchoo talkin' 'bout, Willis? I don't know that fool!"

I've just about had it up to here (gesturing at my neck) trying to figure out how to turn off that rat-bastid message. Anyone know anything that actually works? All the guys on the 'net I've consulted knew a lot less than they'd advertised. (insert animated Yosemite Sam Cursing emoji)

This is useless to me, as I have already explained: I do not have the operating system that supports this functionality. Your advice is completely inapplicable per the information that I had already provided (Did you not read what I had submitted to safeguard against this precisely-anticipated eventuality?). I have Windows 11 Home, not Professional or Enterprise. Nothing that you offered as a remedy works on the Home edition of Windows 11.

The logical conclusion, then, must be that there isn't any remedy for this issue short of buying a Pro or Enterprise version of Windows. Gahhhhdammit!

Wish there was a registry key that I could edit that would work.

Are you having Windows 11 password expiration notification?

I had already explained that this is NOT an Enterprise or Professional operating system! The method that you refers to does not work on Home editions of Windows! That's not just something you can ignore because you think it dioesn't make a difference, or that I don't know what I'm talking about! Here's the best way for me to prove it, since you oviously haven't run a Google search for how to do this on Windows Home editions: Try the referenced method yourself on any Windows Home Edition computer. I guarantee you that method shail fail.

"There are none so blind that they will not see."
