Do you mean trying to connect to another computer using remote desktop?

If the remote computer you are trying to connect/login to is using a Pin and not password login, you will possibly need to sit at that remote computer and sign out of the computer then sign back into it using that computers Windows User/Password.

Now try to connect again with remote desktop from the other computer.

You should only need to do this once, future connections should work even if the remote computer is using a pin.

It is one possible fix.
