W11, owner old, slow and fairly ignorant. For the past two or three weeks there has appeared, unrequested and unwanted, an icon in the now extended narrow Search button box/panel at the lower left of the task bar on the Docs screen. It leads me into the inevitable advertising, including Bing, which I can easily find if I want it.
I have tried following the various words of advice on the internet, but failed to get rid of it.
Is it possible?
