When I look in the BIOS of my PC - Gigabyte Z690 Aorus Pro motherboard - in the boot options it shows that Secure Boot is enabled but not active, and when I run msinfo32, it shows Secure Boot State as Off. Any ideas on how to get it to On?

According to your manual, if CSM is enabled, you cannot have Secure Boot. Disable CSM first in BIOS and then Secure Boot will be configurable. You may need to restart after disabling CSM.

Thanks, but CSM was already disabled and Secure Boot active. What fixed the problem was changing the Secure Boot mode from standard to custom and then back to standard and accepting the factory defaults. Now msinfo32 shows secure boot state as on. Don't know why anything had been changed from factory default, as I've never been into that particular part of the BIOS setup previously.

I had the same problem as your few months ago! What I did... I have restart Windows then go to my BIOS setting to disable Secure boot in my BIOS setting then boot up to Windows then restart Windows go back BIOS setting to re enable Secure boot to save the setting and boot up Windows. It should be fixed.
