Solved sfc /scnannow found errors that couldn't be repaired

So I updated to 22000.795 this morning and all seemed well.

And then I ran sfc/scannow

Attached is my CBS.log. Says it can't repair several Windows shortcuts. All these shortcuts still work fine. It's also referencing the previous build (22000.778).
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Curious, did you run a DISM Scan ?

copy and paste into Windows command prompt

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Actually copy and right click into Windows command prompt will work then redo SFC Scannow see if fixed

They seem to all be relating to shortcuts and windows explorer, Im not entirely sure what the fix would be but i'd try the suggestion above for sure.
Have you made windows 11 "Lighter" Or anything of the sort?
Also it does say in the log at the end that they were repaired. It ran through those files twice, First time i dont think it sorted it, Second time it looks like it should have

Have you tried running the scan in safe mode?
Sometimes when the scan says that it found errors but could not repair them it does not mean that these errors are beyond repair, but simply that the files may be in use, so they cannot be repaired while they are in use, but they often can in safe mode.

If you have the Windows installation disk, you could try from there by selecting to repair WIndows.
Repair - Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Command Prompt
sfc /scannow /offbootdir=<Windows_Drive_Letter>:\ /offwindir=<Windows_Drive_Letter>:\windows

You can just download the Windows 11 ISO file from Microsoft and burn the disk or a flash drive yourself.

It could be those files are updated from multiple sources. One source finds the updated files by the other source corrupt. Hence SFC always finding the same ones, I'd run it as is and see how it runs, If you notice any other issues etc then ofc post back

Thanks everyone, I got it sorted. No issues other than the report. I would have run it as is, but it bugged me.

Uninstalled the update back to 778, still had issues.
Re-imaged 778 via Macrium, still had issues.
Re-imaged 739 via Macrium, no integrity violations found.
Updated to KB5015814, no integrity violations found.

The weird thing is 778 had no integrity violations when I first installed it, so something happened along the way.

p.s. - I love Macrium Reflect!

Glad you're sorted to some degree, I did read that people had similar issues previously, few and far between when I was looking, most seemed to happen after an update, could be the same kinda idea, maybe wait til the next build and try again
