SKY GO users -- Working again on W11 (std and insider preview)

SKY GO users - this app is working again on both current W11 version and latest W11 insider preview.



Why this wretched app does a "download for updates" almost every time it starts is just beyond me -- surely people writing apps for computers can keep the base app working -- I've still got some stuff working perfectly from XP days -- OK security etc updates I can understand but not each time the app is started and surely displaying Video streams shouldn't change that much almost monthly !!! - or is that how they teach youngsters to code these days - called irritate the User !!!..

It's always worked for me ever since I upgraded to W11 on the Beta stream back last August. It always does a "check for update" when it starts, but only downloads if there is one. I have noticed that if it does do an update, and then recycles itself, it says downloading an update again but in reality doesn't.
